Day 01 & 02 - Colombo

Investigate the city centre of Colombo, or walk around the bustling city.

 

Day 03 & 04 - Pinnawala, Kandy

On your route to Kandy, stop at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage for a unique opportunity to engage with cute newborn elephants. Once in Kandy, discover the peaceful atmosphere of the hillside-fronted Victoria Golf Club. During the day, practice your swing in Kandy’s gorgeous surroundings before visiting the city’s historic landmarks.

 

Day 05 & 06 - Kandy / Nuwara Eliya

Enjoy a challenging golf trip in Nuwara Eliya, which is often referred to as Little England because of its windy climate and charming colonial architecture. Try playing golf at the well-known Nuwara Eliya Golf Club which is surrounded by green tea plantations and the misty western mountains. Then as you travel through the mountain range stop and enjoy some of the area’s natural beauty by doing some incredible things like strolling past tea houses or tea beds, visiting waterfalls and taking in some historical sites.

 

Day 07 - Nuwara Eliya / Hambantota

You will start your morning by leaving the beautiful city of Nuwara Eliya to visit Hambantota. Immerse in the experience as you explore the Shangri La Golf Resort and Spa in Hambantota. This luxurious location is a haven on Sri Lanka’s coastline. The main goal is to have a skilled caddy in beautiful weather and the chance to practice in this vibrant green environment. Day 08 & 09 - Hambantota / Galle / Bentota

After leaving Hambantota, travel to the historic town of Galle, where you can see the well-known Galle Fort which has been recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its colonial charm and cultural legacy. Experience the tranquillity of the Madhu Rivers mangrove ecosystem while taking a picturesque boat ride down it. Finalise your trip by going to a turtle hatchery in Bentota where you can participate in conservation initiatives and get up close and personal with these amazing animals.
